StartBright Bawnogue have welcomed some new members into their centre. The children were all very excited to share that they are now mammies and daddies to their tadpoles and that they have to look after so they will grow.

As the children observe the tadpoles they are supported by their educators to come to their own ideas and opinions on what will happen next. There is great anticipation and excitement within the room to see them get bigger and develop.

The children show great pride in their role of mammy and daddy, checking in on the tadpoles at regular times throughout their play and explaining to others what they are and what they like doing so that all can be involved in the journey.
