and it made me stop and think. Our educators recently engaged in a wellbeing webinar where my take away point was changing 'should' to 'could' to give us a sense of control over the situation therefore relieving stress, anxiety and making it more authentic.
The perfect school holiday is a beautiful ideal.
It's also usually based on the myth that we could all be highly regulated and agreeable, we could all want more together time than usual and we could all easily find creative and playful ways to spend our days. But, we also could not and that's okay too!
