The children were busy creating a collective firework art piece. Together the amalgamated colours, textures and marks to create a beautiful firework piece. They made marks using chalk on black, then the glue to give their piece some extra sparkle with the glitter. Bringing the piece to the floor meant the children have more space to move their body around the large piece and also space to work so that they weren’t bumping off another. This all allows children to concentrate on the task in hand developing concentration, engagement and communication between each other.
